How do you balance you work and life

In the modern society, our work, family, social lives are all necessary to us, it’s hard to get rid of one of them, so we should learn how to balance our work and life. How do you want to make the timetable? In general, we work from Money to Friday, have the rest from Saturday to Sunday, in my opinion, the best way for us is to try our best to do the work well every day and not put offer the work till tomorrow, after the work time, you could have a good rest, women could do some shopping with your good friends to release the strain, men could do some exercises to discharge the pressure.
